Is that an unsult to the japanese?Zitat:

No, the average Japanese gamer lives in a small living space. Why do you think all Japanese systems tend to be small? In fact why are all Japanese electronics small?Zitat:

So they can't fit any game console into their house like a Xbox, PS3 or NR?Zitat:

the nr is supposed to be small
When is the last time you noticed how massive the Xbox is? The average Japanese gamer doesn't want to set something down on his coffee table, when the thing he's setting down on it is 2 times as large as the table.Zitat:

I really don't understand why MS changed their approach with Xbox360. Early on they said it would be bigger than a PSTwo but smaller than a PS2. Yet when it was unveiled, it was another tank. I really don't understand the fascination with big hulking machinery. It's not a question of not being able to fit big things in small packages, because Japanese companies don't seem to have that problem. They continuously wonder why they can't grab the Japanese market. Size, hard for even me to understand, is one of the factors.
LOL I dont really care either, it does look pretty funny tough.
What the xbox is now twice as big as a table? :ROFL:Zitat:

Are you high? So ppl won't buy a console a lit bit smaller than the current xbox but they bought a big PS2 which is a little bit smaller then the xbox.
This is possibly the dumbest thing you've ever said.
Sure it's the dumbest thing I've ever said...Zitat:

Even Microsoft has seen the error of their ways. They released the controller S and did away the behemoth, they gave the X360 the ability to stand vertically, and they reduced the weight by 5 grams. It still is not enough, because the X360 is almost exactly the same size as the Xbox.
Your so right the xbox can't fit in someones house so no one will buy it
Well no one did buy it remember? lolZitat:

How has it sold in Japan? Like 80,000 units? :)
I read somewhere that the 360 is about the same size as the old PS2...
i never brought an xboxZitat:

from the pic it looks big
the crome looks cheesy
The chrome looks nice and the style is a lot better than the normal xbox.
it still looks better then the old xbox, but i still dont like the crome
than buy the core pack it's one doesn't have chrome.Zitat:

ENOUGH WITH THE FRIGGIN CHROME
If you don't like it, change it, nuff said...
Transparent case mods. :p
The whole chrome thing doesnt really bother me. Although I wish the bezel was replacable and extra ones came with the faceplates so it would match better.
I'm going to spray paint flames on the sides and put a huge spoiler on the back.

He then plans to install twin turbos and remove the rear seats, oh, and use spares for the front tires because lighter tires are easier to spin...
Don't forget weight reduction to get around those corners easierZitat:

Do you not know what a transformer is. Jeess. and if not then that really long cord if its able to go under the table. i dnt think its a adapter.
i hope to go its not connected to the usb ports...i won't mind if in the back...cuz i'll hide it...
It's really not possible I don't think. USB 2.0 can't transfer power levels of that capacity.Zitat:
Zitat von vecha
I dont like the size of it, but i will have to suck it up and deal with it.
Well as long as they don't connect with usb, which as everyone says is impossible, it'll be fine to me
The power will plug into the back, like every game machine before it. Why on earth would they put it up front....
here's another one...

This picture, including the one that kingofnoobs posted, is from gamereactor.se, a swedish gaming-site, and are taken in Joanna Darks home in Stockholm...
That thing could be classified as a lethal weapon :p
i like to relocate my systems alot, so much for doing that.
mmmm, lunch day :D
unlucky for us AUS (play on words, anagram of USA) we don't get it until maybe March next year and then the PS3 closer to 2007 :(
There have been no adverts/commercials/billboards/signs nothing to do with these 2 systems anywhere........suX! to be us
man...well just buy it from usa...or somehwere in europe...then just buy game from them...
*rubs ass* i don't like words to go up there....

It appears that the box is more then just a power supply...
I was hearing rumors about that box supplying power, and also gathering information from the 360, like debugging information, its stored off system so that a total failure wouldn't result in loss of data...
