Hi, I just purchased my Japanese Xbox 360 on the Friday the 9th, one day before it releases in Japan. Since every shipment has to come through Hong Kong I'm guessing thats why we got the Japanese system before Japan did.
So ok, right down to buisness... I would like to know if the US HDTV cables are the same as Japanese ones, cause I thought the HDTV cable was supposed to have the component cables on them. But instead mine has got the standard Red Yellow and White, then with a adapter thingy mijig. My plasma tv and my LCD tv both don't have that adapter which allows it to be plugged in. I checked online and it say that my plasma tv was:
• Digital TV Standard: HDTV Monitor / HDTV-Ready - Requires purchase of a separate receiver to view HDTV signals.
I wan't to know if that has anything as to why I can't use HDTV, so right now I'm stuck with standard tv cables...
Any help would be appreciated thank you!
