This marks the second time my console has died on me flashing the three red lights. With a dead hard drive in between that they wouldnt cover under warranty. I'm located in canada. I don't know what their policy is in the states. But its pretty bs here. The first time my console died and I had to ship it back to them, they sent out a box with the return shipping invoice inside of it. Granted it took them over a month just to get that box to me because of their incompetence in realising I was a Canadian, at least it was all payed for. Today I got off with a supervisor from 18004MYXBOX and they tell me that the box is no longer their policy. Their making me pay for the shipping out of my own pocket. Which is going to be costly especially after adding on the shipping insurance.
What horrible customer service. Take 2 months to fix my 360 last time shortly after launch, and now this hardly a year later. I think its time I sold this thing. If I was in japan I bet they'd be bending over backwards to make this a smooth process.
