I went to best Buy today to see if they had Gears of war and they didnt =/. So I looked at some of there hdtv which I plan to buy for myself for Christmas. They had 2 real nice ones I liked. One was Panasonic 42" Plasma HDTV supporting 720p(1080i and 480p as well) (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1134703131623) for $1419.99 and the other was Westinghouse 42" 1080p Flat-Panel LCD HD Monitor - Silver/Black(http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1158317794037 was same tv yet the one at the store was a 42'' not 47'' and had a contrast ratio of 800m:1)for $1499.99. That Westinghouse one seemed like a really good deal since most other 1080p tvs were $2500+. My question in all of this is how much difference in quality is a 720p compared to a 1080p? Judging from the quality of the tv show they both were playing the Panasonic Plasma one was clearer but will that mean it will be clearer on the 360 as well?
Also Im currently using a 23" Emerson Flat panel LCD in 1080i(only cost $100 brand new lol was a steal) and my 360 games do look great but I really want a bigger size screen. All your help is much appreciated.
