**WARNING NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART 360 FANBOYS!!!***
Hello boys and gals.
I've recently purchased a xbox 360 and its still on store warranty. The only reason I bought it was to kill the time untill the launch of wii. Now dont get me wrong, I like the 360 and all but I'm competly turned off by all the crashing and RROD occurences. I've purchased a unit before wish lasted a total of 24 hours before it craped out...so I'm waiting for those new CPUs or whatever to come out next year and see if those bugs get ironed out first to buy a console for keeps.
So here's my question. What would you guys think the best solution to return the unit at the store would be? They obviously wont let me take it back if its fully functionnal. So I have a couple ideas:
1. Move the 360 around while the disk is spinning to make it scratch my PGR3 game and tell them it screwed up a couple of my dvds too.
2. Wrap the 360 in a blanket till it overheats. (ouww evil) Altho if they for some reason dont take it back I'm screwed with a dead unit.
3. Last idea was to bend a pin on the AV cable. Wich would stop the unit from booting up and if worst comes to worst, it only costs me another cable if I'm stuck with it.
So what do you guys think? All these stories about 360s dying and beying fragile is going to be put to test. I wanna know how easy they crap out. Oh I can't open it up (duh) or else they obviously wont take it back. lol
And btw, I don't need a moral lesson. I feel fine :humped: the store over.
