From what I can tell, it looks like SK's game was crap, so they're blaming the people that make the engine.

UT 3 is a ps3 exclusive??? i'm confused, i thought it was coming out on the 360, there's a huge thing in OXM...

Maybe if you actually read the law suit, you would understand the case.

Yeah, it's more like Unreal shafted SK on support and providing software on time. Shabby support of UE3 by Epic could also be the reason tons of games using UE3 have been delayed (lot's on PS3, which could mean Epic is too busy getting THEIR ps3 Unreal engine working that they don't/can't help other devs)

Tis a shame, but it could even improve the game in the end...
