Yea, I stopped buying them and started to save my moolah. I have about 20 bucks plus I will trade in Halo 3 and hopefully I can get it. I just need to not be lazy and go to gamestop.

Occasional dropped frames doesn't sound like serious framerate issues. If MS were admitting to problems then I think they'd fully admit them.

And I didn't see one second of slowdown/framerate issues the whole way through Halo 1 on my 360. It was when my 360 was brand new tho, maybe over time when the HDD is heavily fragmented or the 360 is nearing the end of its 6 month lifecycle it would show problems.

The only level that has framerate issues when I played was Halo itself, the second level, and even then it was very rare and went by quick

I still don't see the point in downloading these games. I can get almost any original XBox game at the local game store for around $10 or less. The 360 isn't as loud when playing normal XBox games (less data to load, spins slower). Plus I can resell the game to a friend if I'm finished with it.

Unless they mean you can just replace the default sounds for changing blades, selecting things etc.

Whatever the list is, the update is less than 3 weeks away. They should have a confirmed list by now.

There is nothing wrong with an extra blade.
