The dashboard is still there. You can switch between that and the new system.

The avatar thing is stupid though. I'd rather just use a simple image.

For the space its going to take up, I dont see the game installs being very useful at all.

Sure it will for the one or two or three games you play the hell out of. Just keep rotating new gamesin and removing the ones you are getting stale of.

It's not free. You still have to pay the $9.00 charge on top of gold for unlimited streaming.

ya. you still have to be an active netflix subscriber in order to do that. do you really think that microsoft would let you do that? why would they let you watch movies for free if they have an entire marketplace devoted to movies and tv shows?

I'd be bery thrilled if the 360 had installed a browser in one of its updates. I wonder though, will we have the option of not updating to the new look? I'd rather keep the blades and all my themes I've downloaded....

When you press the X button it will open a mini version of the blades, I think that is what Major Nelson was talking about
