First off get your facts right...

The 360 dvd driver has been hacked to allowable dvd backups of the games to be played. Sony drive or OS has yet to been hacked...

The only thing stoping people from hacking there 360 is the unstable hardware that cant be repaid after you void the warranty...

I like the U.I hate the Mii copys....Why have M rated games like GOW yet have so gay little guy showing that your playing GOW...

Also what happens when people start streaming pron on there 360 with that whole picture share thing?DID they say they are monitoring what being streamed?

It seems the new interface doesn't spam you with advertisements like the blades do, this is very nice, as that was my biggest complaint against the dashboard, and the thing PS3 did right with the XMB....seriously, I don't want to see ads when i'm navigating my console, thanks...

Especially since we pay $60 a year already. It would be alright if they were just game ads, not goddamn Verizon and subway adds. I wouldn't be surprised is they decided to add popups.

November 19th. Here's a gallery of some images, too.

I'm looking forward to the change, I just hope it is worth it.

I'm looking forward to the change, but if this update causes any downtime, I will be pissed. That date is too close to the Gears and CoD launch and I plan on playing both 'till my thumbs bleed.

Yeah, MS will get ripped apart if they mess it up. The more I look at the new interface, the more I like it. I still think they should have kept the blades system and simply spiced it up a little, though.

Joystiq has had some positive comments about it, especially the new guide (the old one was slow, this one is faster and has much more to do!)

I hope they put some preventive measures so you don't accidentaly tap the guide button while playing in game, maybe like a tiny hold delay.

PS: 1440x900 support = own
