Ok What a surprise!! I just found out my girlfriend is getting me a xbox 360 for xmas. One of her friends slipped and told me and found proof of the gamestop receit for payment. Now the thing is she bought me the core version instead. I have not been reading up on xbox lately but I know it is the lowest version. Another thing is what is so good about the xbox360. I checked out some of the launch titles and none of them interest me. I minus well tell her to return it now and keep the money for herself unless you guys can give me some good points on why it is good.

Don't tell her you know, she might get angry if you dont like it or she might not. Depends on the girl. I'd sell it anyways since its a core and buy the normal ver.

You have the chance to get one without spending any of your own money, even if you dont keep it you're still lucky to have the chance, or you could sell it and potentially double her money.
I have to hang out in front of best buy like a vagrant.

Yes I know, I am trying to work on my surprise face right now. I will just be happy that she gives it to me and then return it for a premuim version. The only thing I have been checking out now are the titles and Im not likeing any of them. I will probally end up buying halo 2 for online play or something like that. This xbox thing is new to me, i have been use to playing with PS systems. But I dont mind the change if it is better and more fun. More looking forward to online play.

i can not wait until elder scrolls oblivion. I have not even played morrowind, but it still looks tight. The graphics are sick and it looks like it has like 1000 hours of gameplay. As upset as i am that its not a launch title, i'm glad that they are taking their time to make a great game.

U should just get it for xbox live, even though you'll have to buy **** since it's the core bundle.
