OK people its 3days till the xbox 360 is released to us lions over here. now i didnt pre-order and i need ur urgent help for stores that didnt take pre-orders and are selling them str8 off. im in urgent help form you! you lot are my last hope!

Argos have not taken any pre-orders but none of their stores know if or how many they are going to get!

Argos have taken preorders, atleast mine has. Makro, Tesco, Asda, John Lewis and WH Smiths are this guys best hopes but I'd say his chances were slim to none.

If you didn't pre-order, then you don't deserve one on launch day anyway.

It pays to think ahead in this game.

i did preorder, its just i need a spare! for reasons id rather not say, but its not to put on ebay, I REPEAT, ITS NOT TO PUT ON EBAY! thanx for ur interest!

I work for one of the large electrical retailers mentioned above. Our store took around 40 pre orders (as many as we could before head office stopped it). Around 20 people will get there 360 on launch day. Most of the customers who haven't made the first delivery have been offered the core unit, most of them have decided to wait for a full system. But we are still being sent in the core units, I'm guessing these will be on the shelves on friday morning. Maybe many other stores will be in the same boat.
I know the full 360 is much better value than the core, but buying the core unit and the HDD etc will work out far cheaper than buying them off these money grabbing whores on ebay.

I did pre-order and was @ 11 on the stores list but they called me on Friday to say that they couldn't deliver before xmas!

Then that's extremely unlucky.

I don't know what's happening with mine, Amazon are still quoting delivery for tomorrow or Friday, but it hasn't been dispatched as of yet.
