This won't be entirely surprising if ever this does come to pass. RedOctane believes that the new Natal technology from Microsoft will most likely be used for the Guitar Hero franchise.
Kai Huang, president and co-founder, revealed that they are in fact already evaluating Natal for future use, along with other technologies. "Natal is very interesting because there's so many different things you can do with it," he said, "whether it's the motion detecting, maybe sensing how you're playing, or the ability to use it for interactivity purposes and taking advantage of it for party purposes."
There was no window set, but it would be safe to assume that they'd want to get this baby on board soon, especially since Harmonix has already confirmed that the next Rock Band title will be using Project Natal.
