***** & Moan
I just exhausted the support of a ****y teenager support rep, my IP address kept failing and all he was doing was being ****y to me, and every time i told him an error comes up on the comp saying low connectivity he moaned and had a go. Now he says he's going to call me back in 2 weeks to a month, yet they are open till 10pm. I paid for the console and the live so technically i should have the support.
I have the router downstairs and I am trying to utilize the computers wireless, with no luck at present. I have purchased a crossover cable and have followed a mass amount of guides with no luck of getting passed the IP address.
Yet in another guide i was told to change both the gateway and the IP, so on my router it is:
