Thumbs up PSPX48: a HP48 Calculator emulator v1.0.4

Hi all,

Here is a new release of the HP48 calculator emulator for PSP.

What's new in version 1.0.4 :

- Load external application or game files and libraries !!! (with .48 and .lib file extentions).
- Hardware reset of the HP48 (inside the application file selector window)
- Add usefull informations in the README file, and in particular all steps to load application or game files (so please read it )

You need the HP48 bios to run this emulator, but it is NOT part of my PSPX48 package because it's not GNU !.
(Roms can be found on hpcalc.org web site)

The package is under GPL Copyright and sources are included.

Enjoy,

Zx.

edit: many games can also be found on hpcalc.org ... :icon_smil

edit2: pspx48-mem-slots.zip permits to have two more slots of memory

On this message, you have to highlight the upper right key (F) and to press the right arrow KEY of your PSP (UP arrow when you have rotate your PSP of 90 degrees).

If you want to compute: 10 + 25 then :

Use the analog pad to move the higlighted cursor on key 1, then HIT UP arrow of your PSP (when you take it vertically), do the same for the key 0.
Then press ENTER (down arrow of the PSP, when you take it vertically). After you write 25 then press the + key, and here is the result .

HP48 use hungarian notation (if you want to do a + (b - c), you enter a then b, then c, and finally - and +).

If you want to add memory to your HP48, unzip the following archive in your psp/game directory. It contains two files (port1 and port2) that are two memory extensions of 128k.

File Type: zip pspx48-mem-slots.zip‎ (576 Bytes, 8 views)

You have to rename it to 'rom' (without any extension).
